adidas and Paul Pogba launch the first adidas football x Paul Pogba Collection

The ADIDAS FOOTBALL x PAUL POGBA COLLECTION is a fashion and hip-hop inspired range, paying homage to one of the world’s most creative football players.

Despite being only 23 years old, French international and Manchester United star Paul Pogba has established himself as a footballing icon. For his debut Three Stripes collection, the range includes both on and off-pitch styles, all of which feature his new PP logo. Utilisng a bold and striking colour palette of black and gold, the collection includes a hoodie and accompanying track pants alongside a tee, jersey, a bag and a snapback cap. A matching ball and graphic-lined bomber jacket round things out on the apparel and accessories side. The footwear selection includes the new ACE 17+ PURECONTROL in Pogba’s signature black and gold. The boot comes with extra gold plating, a unique marble effect on the upper, ‘Pogboom’ etched on the webbing and the new ‘PP’ logo on the webbing and tongue. For those who prefer to watch from the sidelines, there is also a street and cage version of the ACE 17+ PURECONTROL, utilising black BOOST material for a premium unique touch.

MHD, who comes from similar Guinean origins to Pogba and is friends with the Manchester United star, has been at the forefront of the progression of Afro Trap music – blending hip hop beats with an African tempo – following the launch of his debut album in April. He has created a new song, ‘Never’, to support the launch of the adidas x Pogba Collection.
