The Nike Air Footscape NM Woven Introduces Two New Colourways

The NIKE AIR FOOTSCAPE NM WOVEN brings the popular moccasin silhouette back with two new colourways for the New Year.

The delightfully unique Footscape style continues with its strong run of premium leather uppers that are combined with woven details, including the ribbon tie stitching. This time around, you’ll have your choice between a Desert Ochre/Gold Dart and Black/Anthracite colourways. Tonal Nike branding is found on the tongues and, in a nice touch, ‘Nike’ branding in a black cursive type is situated on the heel. Now, dear reader, if you have been paying attention, you won’t have failed to notice that The Drop Date is a huge fan of the Woven iteration of the Footscape design. As we have revealed several times in the recent past, the silhouette has been the recipient of many iterations and colourways since the OG launched back in 1996. It was originally modelled on direct casts taken from the feet of hundreds of athletes, which resulted in a fit that hugged the curves of the human foot. Fast forward to more recent times and the popular Woven edition takes that original runner and gives it a moccasin-themed makeover, successfully reimagining the Footscape as a lifestyle shoe, taking the design to a whole new level and trainer-appreciating crowd.
