The Nike Air Zoom Talaria Mid Flyknit gets an Olive Twist

The NIKE AIR ZOOM TALARIA MID FLYKNIT is set to return in an eye-catching new colourway for 2017.

This winterised take on the classic runner has already earned the The Drop Date seal of approval as a dependable bad-weather banger, with its mid cut construction and water-resistant Flyknit upper offering superb weather-proof comfort. December has already seen four colourways of the shoe released, ranging from tonal versions to a bright Volt reincarnation of one of the OG Talaria colour combos. Now we’re treated to something different, a combination of earthy olive and tan tones that perfectly suits the shoe’s outdoorsy hiking aesthetic. The Flyknit and suede upper comes in a mossy mix of Palm Green and Legion Green, with black detailing and premium Vachetta Tan leather at the toe and heel. A green and white midsole focuses the eye towards the toe, while the rugged black outsole provides excellent traction in winter weather plus an unexpected neon pop when you look beneath. As a finishing touch, hiking eyelets and a pull tab at the heel enhance the shoe’s rugged functionality.
