ACRONYM x Nike VaporMax Flyknit Moc 2 Black/Volt: On-Foot by BSTN

There’s no denying that the ACRONYM x NIKE VAPORMAX FLYKNIT MOC 2 is a shoe that gets people talking. When the first of the three colourways dropped in March, it was clear to see that for all the head scratching and naysayers, there were more than enough fans of this interesting silhouette. The crew at BSTN show us just how good the Black/Volt colourway looks in these on-foot images.

As a laceless hybrid design, the Nike VaporMax Flyknit Moc 2 is similar to the earlier collaboration releases from Nike and COMME des GARÇONS. On this Black/Volt colourway, the disruptive pattern that we saw on the earlier Light Bone release has been eschewed for a more subtle (and some may say easier-to-wear) static-style graphic application. Striking Volt details are used extensively throughout the uppers, with black speckled VaporMax Air chambers underneath. Errolson’s slick ACRONYM branding rounds things off perfectly on the lateral sides, insole and heel of the shoe.
