The ADIDAS CONSORTIUM TORSION EDBERG COMP celebrates tennis heritage with a reissue of this early ‘90s signature shoe…
Adidas looks back to the crème de la crème of ‘80s and ’90s tennis for a Consortium re-issue of Swedish champ Stefan Edberg’s signature Torsion Edberg Comp. Released in 1990, the shoe stepped into a new decade with a nod to the mix of muted and neon colourways synonymous with the one before it. A greyish “Crayon White” leather upper acts as a base here, with purple and blue accents taking the lead. Further splashes of pink and orange add a dose of personality, with neon green colouring the lace dubraes and Torsion system underfoot.
