adidas Consortium x Saint Alfred Gazelle OG GTX

The ADIDAS CONSORTIUM x SAINT ALFRED GAZELLE OG GTX continues the Consortium Tour with Chi-Town legends, Saint Alfred.

The crew at Saint Alfred, the retailer and brand based in Wicker Park, Chicago, has brought its visual mastery to the classic adidas Gazelle, combining considered premium materials with durable technology and timeless style. Where the Gazelle has generally been thought of as a fair weather shoe, this special edition flips that concept on its head, with a reworked design that can handle the elements this autumn and winter.

The clean off-white suede upper has been treated to be water repellent and the lining is reinforced with a GORE-TEX® membrane – breathable and weather resistant – featuring a tongue gusset to keep the interior dry. The heel, collar and tongue are made from soft leather, keeping the Gazelle’s classic silhouette undisturbed by the clever design innovations. To coincide with this release, Saint Alfred has produced a collaborative adidas T-shirt and an accompanying zine, photographed and designed by Adam Jason Cohen, featuring friends of the brand. With releases as impressive as this, the Consortium Tour shows no sign of slowing down.

The ADIDAS CONSORTIUM x SAINT ALFRED GAZELLE OG GTX will be available on SATURDAY 22 OCTOBER at Saint Alfred, followed by a global release on SATURDAY 29 OCTOBER: check back shortly for the release page containing full stockist details.
