The adidas Consortium ZX10.000 C is Finally Here

The ADIDAS CONSORTIUM ZX10.000 C reworks a standout ‘90s running series…

Last year’s ZX: Roots of Running exhibition by adidas offered a sneak peek of what’s to come from the ZX universe with the ZX 10.000 C singled out as one to look out for in 2019, which just so happens to be the 30th-anniversary year of the ZX 1.000 Series that spawned it. The future-proofed update was first relayed to us in a collaboration with OVERKILL earlier this month, but now it’s time for the model’s standalone launch, which is delivered in a retro-informed mix of premium mesh and calfskin suede in a “Supercolour” mix of tan, grey, blue and coral with a neon-yellow deubré. The brand’s Torsion System and Softcell technology do all of the work underfoot, delivering a dose of contemporary comfort to this throwback addition.
