The ADIDAS NMD R1 COLOR STATIC takes us back to the old days with this ancient TV-set inspired print.

If there are two lines that dominate adidas’ output at the moment then it has to be the EQT and NMD, with the latter probably stealing the race at the very last minute. Presenting a delectable array of slick running-inspired silhouettes that hold a place in most wardrobes, the NMD R1 returns this weekend with a head-turning colourway that’s one for the braver print wearer….

Named the “Color Static,” the forthcoming palette goes back in time to before the world got switched onto the HD plasma screen goodness we all take as second nature now, and mimics the static feedback of cranky old-school television sets. The multi-colour screen (and eye) burning print is spread across the Primeknit upper with a set of corresponding laces, before being finished with a fresh white Boost sole.
