The ADIDAS ORIGINALS ARCHIVE MARATHON TR returns in a Malmo-inspired yellow and blue colourway.

After bringing back the OG blue and silver Marathon TR at the end of last year, size? bring another edition of the streamline ‘80s favourite to the table as part of their ongoing Archive series with adidas, this time inspired by the yellow and blue palette of the Malmo, taken from the infamous City Series line. One of the last footwear projects overseen by founder Adi Dassler, the Marathon was meticulously tested by a group of specialist runners to try and achieve a perfect training model. The result was a distinct silhouette known for its soft nylon and suede construction, with mesh taking shape both on the upper and across the midsole. Of course, we can’t forget the Marathon TR’s aggressive ripped outsole peppered with an adidas Trefoil logo tread, offering both comfort and traction.
