Following in the footsteps of the ZX500 Jordan and LXCON 94 Vietnam, adidas delivers the final of their “Alternative Marathon” series with size?, which shines a light on some of the lesser-known marathons taking place across the globe. Heading to the icy plains of Greenland, this take on the Marathon TR pays homage to the Polar Circle Marathon, also known as the “coolest marathon on earth.” Starting out in Kangerlussuaq, the course winds through the icy arctic tundra, which is reflected on the model with the use of cool grey mesh and aqua blue suede. Striking orange-red striping adds a dose of contrast, with muted aqua pulls rounding off this glacial spin on a classic 3-stripes lifestyle staple.
