adidas Announces the adidas Originals = PHARRELL WILLIAMS Hu NMD TR

The ADIDAS ORIGINALS = PHARRELL WILLIAMS HU NMD TR forms a key part of the new Hu Hiking Collection, blending iconic adidas Originals heritage with futuristic styling on this new tribute to LA hiking culture.

Whilst the NMD collection as a whole remains a highlight of the past few years, the Pharrell Hu collection took the concept to a new level, with a totally new style that has been presented in an array of bright and eye-catching colours. For the new season, the collection returns with a retro outdoors aesthetic across a range of apparel and footwear. On the footwear side of things, the Hu NMD becomes the Hu NMD TR, ready to take on the great outdoors with a new trekking and hiking construction. As you’d expect, the split typography graphics across the forefoot returns for a bold, brave visual element, showing off the confidence of the revised design. The unique lace system goes through the cage of the stabilizer to create a moccasin style, giving support as well as freedom right where it’s needed. The collection’s bright colour palette pays homage to the vibrant outdoors designs of the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, finished with graphic details which add a touch of Pharrell’s aesthetic to the range. The end result looks perfect – all that remains is to pick the colour that suits you best!
