The adidas Originals Superstar goes Greyscale

The ADIDAS ORIGINALS SUPERSTAR serves up a greyscale slew across nine variations of the iconic ‘70s silhouette, working a range of fabrications, rises, and technologies across a varied grey palette.

One of the all-leather basketball silhouettes, adidas debuted the Superstar way back in 1970 and its shell-toed build has remained a staple ever since. Standing the test of time, it has seen various updates and upgrades, which all get a chance to shine in the forthcoming grey collection hitting shelves next week. The SUPERSTAR BOOST and SUPERSTAR BOUNCE provide contemporary comfort, whilst all archive bases are covered with several of the SUPERSTAR 80S models getting nubuck and suede makeovers, including the mid-rise PROSHELL 80S, a tonal ULTRASTAR 80S, the 3-Stripes stripped SUPERSTAR 80S CLEAN and…wait for it…a straight-up unadulterated edition of the SUPERSTAR.

In the exclusive run of women’s styles, the model adds inches with the SUPERSTAR BOLD PLATFORM and we also see the model go laceless for the medium grey SUPERSTAR BW SLIP-ON.
