adidas Originals x Pharrell Williams HU NMD New Colours – A First Look

adidas Originals has revealed the return of ADIDAS ORIGINALS x PHARRELL WILLIAMS HU NMD, this time with five new colourways and insignias.

Fans of the popular silhouette from Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals will have five new pairs of the “Human Race” NMD to choose from, as the brand and singer/songwriter/style icon have teamed up again to deliver five fresh takes. You’ll be able to take your pick from the following colourways: Kelly Green, Deep Maize, Crimson Red, Light Blue and Matte Black – and each style has its own unique Human Race callout. What the shoes will have in common are a black supportive cage, a white BOOST midsole unit, and a mesh upper. The unisex models continue with the uniquely designed lace system, which goes through the cage of the stabilizer, which creates a moccasin type of feel.

We first saw the Human Race NMD’s back in July and were blown away by the contrast of the bold colouring of the upper (yellow in that instance) with the accompanying large, split ‘Human Race’ graphic across the forefoot. Fast forward three months and the two giants of footwear and entertainment continue to deliver, multiplying the colour options. You may have seen Pharrell rocking the Light Blue version at Kanye’s Yeezy Season 4 runway show in New York City a couple of weeks ago.
