For the first time, three-stripes has teamed up with luxury British-Jamaican designer Wales Bonner, adapting two classic silhouettes: the SL 72 and Samba. Each shoe remains true to the original styles adopted by the various subcultures of the decade, with the latest takes personifying tones seen throughout Wales Bonner’s collections. The iconic Samba receives the most noticeable re-design, boasting a crotchet upper with premium leather and suede overlays. Co-branding is delivered subtly on the tongue tags, keeping the focus on the design of each shoe.
