BAIT x G.I Joe x New Balance Pack

The BAIT X G.I. JOE X NEW BALANCE PACK includes two silhouettes that unsurprisingly take inspiration from the action film duology.

The first pair from the pack is the 710 ‘ROADBLOCK’ and is a nod to the team’s heavy artillery expert of the same name. The silhouette was chosen due to its similarities to a military boot and sports a sand-colored upper, created with wolverine suede and durable ballistic nylon. Highlights are provided by a custom digital desert camo pattern laser-etched onto the suede panels. The dark blue outsole, with its white speckling, combined with a red and white midsole results in a somewhat patriotic feel. Rounding things off are a D-ring lacing system, two-tone laces, leather lining, G.I. JOE lacelocks and custom branded insoles. The other pair is a 574, dubbed the COBRA COMMANDER. The colorway is a nod to the evil character’s uniform, with a snakeskin pattern laser-etched onto the tonal navy leather upper and printed in metallic silver on the white midsole. Premium pigskin suede is utilised on the toebox, collar and tongue, whilst a deep red translucent outsole and matching laces add some pop. Rounding things off is a Cobra logo debossed on the heel and on the dual branded silver insoles.
