Carhartt WIP Take Another Foray into Footwear with Converse

Usually known for their hardy workwear apparel, Carhartt WIP have been chipping away at the footwear game this year, following up earlier trio of the ONE STAR with this CHUCK TAYLOR ALL STAR 70 duo. A “special makeup” rather than a collaboration, the drop was created by Carhartt and will be released exclusively within their physical and online stores. Working influences from their apparel line, the first colourway works a colourful hairy suede upper inspired by the “Milner Shirt Jacket” from the AW18 Collection, featuring “Mulberry,” “Dark Navy” and “Loden” panels. The second option features a stripped back “Chalk” finish with contrasting black stitching. Both shoes sit atop a classic Chuck sole and feature dual branded footbeds.
