Classic American Outfitters Cole Haan Take on the UK

Classic American spirit takes to the floor as the COLE HAAN GRAND.ØS collection is introduced to the UK market.

Founded by Trafton Cole and Eddie Haan in 1928, the brand’s main agenda was to deliver beautifully crafted products, and that’s exactly what they are doing 88 years later. Known and respected for their polished clothing and bags, Cole Haan bring their American-inspired footwear to the UK market this season, joining the dots between sneaker tech and classic silhouettes with the Grand.ØS collection.

Reinventing both the dress shoe and sneaker simultaneously, both styles are fused together, creating a unification of both modern engineering and the brand’s strong roots in traditional craft. Pushing flexibility, reduced weight, increased cushioning and breathability to the forefront – the collection features the vintage-inspired and lightweight GrandPrø Tennis and the wingtip brogue fashioned Øriginal Grand, as well as the more relaxed and streamline models ZerøGrand and 2.ZerøGrand.

Cementing the brand’s international reputation for its innovative spin on footwear, the collection features a range of leather, nubuck, and saddleknit uppers sat on a featherlight sole. Available in a range of neutral and muted colours, you might even be able to get away with wearing these to the office on Monday…

Currently available via a men’s brand installation in Liberty and online with Selfridges, the collection will hit the Selfridges shop-floor early next month, before undertaking a nationwide roll-out next season.
