Concepts and New Balance Team up for the Trailbuster Fresh Foam ‘des Sables’

The CONCEPTS x NEW BALANCE TRAILBUSTER FRESH FOAM “DES SABLES” continues the year-long collaborative series between the two Boston powerhouses, and follows the recent New Balance 990v2 ‘Tyrian’ release.

This special rendition of the unusual Trailbuster model is entitled ‘des Sables’ – French for ‘sands’. To convey the theme, burnt ochre uppers have been chosen to represent a desert mirage, contrasted by the placement of a thirst-quenching embroidered blue ‘N’ logo on the sides. The deconstructed paneling offers a lightweight, breathable design for the warmer summer months. The Fresh Foam midsole and rubber outsole offer comfort and support, delivering stability whether you’re descending dunes or climbing cliffs. The special Concepts-branded lace aglets and foot bed continue the premium quality of this interesting collaborative release. Rumoured to be a Concepts-exclusive release, we’re still hoping that some pairs find their way over to the UK.
