CREPE CITY 12 – 8 NOV 2014

November 8th sees CREPE CITY return to the Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch. The event has been growing exponentially since the first back in 2009 and this, the 12th instalment, should be no different.

As always there will be DJs spinning tunes to make scanning the stalls to find those trainers that have been eluding you that little bit more bearable. Sellers will be coming from all over the UK and some even making the trip from Europe. There will be trainers to match all tastes and budgets, with previous events having a good mix of runners, basketball and high fashion trainers. Customisers will be on hand if you are looking to have something a little more personal or special created. For those of you looking for something other than trainers there will also be the opportunity to buy apparel and art.

As of yet we don’t know all the details, but knowing the Crepe City boys and going by previous events, there will no doubt be a few surprises, such as a great competition and potentially some of your favourite brands getting involved in something too.

With winter coming your prized trainers are going to need some protection against the elements and again Crepe City has got you covered, with various brands of protective sprays demonstrating their products. If the weather has already got to some of your footwear there will be the opportunity to have them freshened up as well.

With all the walking, searching, haggling and buying you are bound to get hungry, so you will be happy to know that there will be various food and drink available to help build back up the energy neccesary to hunt out those grails.

If you are one of those who wasn’t lucky enough to get a V.I.P ticket then you will need to get down there early, despite doors opening at 12pm—an hour later than previously. Tickets will cost you £3 at the door and to give you an idea, if this is your first trip to Crepe City, previous events have opened at 11am, with people queueing from as early as 6!
