DICKIES x BLACK SHEEP STORE COACH JACKETS

While not strictly the type of content you might expect to see floating around our Heads Up section, the forthcoming collaboration between our friends at BLACK SHEEP STORE and DICKIES caught our eye in a way that few clothing collaborations do. And considering that the cogs have been turning at TDD HQ with regards to an apparel section on the website, we thought this would be a perfect piece to kick us off.

The Manchester-based skate shop have teamed up with the Texas workwear manufacturer to produce a super-limited run of graphic coach jackets. The ‘Torrance’, a classic water-repellent coach jacket, has had some superb branding added to it, with a woven patch stitched to the chest and a larger, reflective back graphic. An adaptation of a certain rap collective’s iconic artwork makes for a very strong look and an excellent collaboration.
