Karhu Shine a Spotlight on Their Roots with the Porvoo Pack

Shining a spotlight on its Finnish heritage, Karhu’s upcoming PORVOO PACK highlights the importance in staying true to your roots.

It’s for this reason Karhu chose to travel to Finland’s second oldest city, Porvoo, which was founded over 800 years ago. Sitting on the country’s southern coast with the river Porvoonjoki flowing right through its centre, it has long been a source of inspiration for numerous Finnish artists. Following in the same footsteps, Karhu emulate the trademark red shore storehouses of Porvoo, channeling the city’s ambience into two of their timeless silhouettes, the Aria and Synchron Classic.

Packing a colour pop punch, the Synchron Classic features a striking colour blocked pigskin suede outer with original nylon mesh and a notable cross lace through the toe box. The first colourway incorporates a brilliant Poseidon blue toe with black mesh and grey tones in the heel, whilst the second colourway mixes red tones in the heel with subtle greys to the toe and midsole.
