The mita Sneakers x Reebok Workout Low Clean Boot Camp is a Burpee Free Zone

Reebok updates a fitness lifestyle classic with the MITA SNEAKERS x REEBOK WORKOUT LOW CLEAN BOOT CAMP collaboration.

First designed as versatile fitness shoe in 1987, the Workout Low has shapeshifted its way through the past three decades to become a staple in the footwear community, staking its claim as far and wide as the tennis court, skate park, and street.

Further adding to Reebok’s casual footwear arsenal, the Workout has now been given a military inspired transformation by Japanese retailer mita Sneakers. Following on from their colourful take on New Balance’s 247 model, mita’s creative director Shigeyuki Kunii tones down with a muted palette and adopts a minimalistic approach. The result is a highly refined re-hash of the Workout, which also makes use of design features from Reebok’s rugged Hyper Velocity work boot. The uppers are constructed from coyote brown suede, with accents of heavy duty canvas detailings, including a grab-handle to the rear, with a personal injection of mita found on the dual-branded insoles.

Adding a muted and earthy touch to the cross-fit classic, the Reebok Workout Low Clean Boot Camp edition is more than sure to receive a warm welcome from any seasoned fan of the silhouette. And don’t let the name scare you, ‘cos there’s a not a single push up, burpee or squat in sight.
