The NEW BALANCE M1500FDS MADE IN ENGLAND DESERT SHADE PACK continues the anniversary of one of the most-loved New Balance models, in a new style which is inspired by the desert landscape.

The New Balance 1500 was originally launched as a premium running shoe, way back in 1989. Designed by the legendary Steven Smith, the silhouette has stood the test of time and is one of the most recognisable shoes in the New Balance line-up. For 2019, the 1500 is celebrating its 30th birthday with a series of special releases, including this M1500FDS, inspired by the beauty of a desert scene. A combination of pigskin and mesh have been used across the uppers, depicting varying shades of the desert environment, from the bleached bright sand to the cracked surface of parched earth. Inspired by the original UK heritage models, the crew at New Balance have created a new REVlite midsole, offering maximum comfort on this latest edition of the iconic 1500.
