Get Ready: Nike Air Foamposite One Alternate Galaxy

Originally launched way back in 1997, the Eric Avar designed Air Foamposite is definitely one of the more distinct basketball silhouettes from the Swooshes arsenal. Followed up by the notoriously hyped Foamposite One Galaxy, which was originally released around the NBA All-Star Game of 2012, Nike now throws a “Galaxy 2.0” into the mix with this forthcoming update on the pivotal model.

Marked by an instantly recognisable Foamposite shell in an outer-space inspired print, the Galaxy update doesn’t stray too far from the original makeup, only swapping out the translucent iced midsole of the original with a colour blocked black replacement. The rest of the shoe is finished in black, with an all-new bright red “Remove Before Flight” tag attached to the tongue pull. If past Galaxy hysteria is anything to go by, you’ll wanna be poised and ready to pounce on this drop…
