The NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 LOW is back with a quartet of SB related looks…
Having debuted in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 quickly became a classic on the court but also captured the attention of skaters, with its high collar and Air cushioning well-suited for skating Vert, which is explained in more detail here. Aside from the performance attributes of the shoe, the colourways released were also eye-catching and allowed skaters to both define their styles and incorporate streetwear aspects into their look, plus Lance Mountain donning the Jordan 1 in a 1987 video locked the shoe in as a classic within the community. Whilst only the High iteration is a Nike SB collaboration, Jordan are also releasing four new colourways of the Low that pay homage to the shoe’s impact in skateboarding. Premium materials and stitched heel logos complete a “Black Toe” styled iteration, with the remaining colourways featuring a choice of University Gold, Hyper Pink, or Pine Green palettes.
