The Nike Air Jordan 1 Mid Celebrates Africa with an Earthy Palette

The NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 MID AFRICA applies a host of rich textures to the half-cut basketball silhouette. Whilst much remains unknown about this upcoming Jumpman release, celebrated hues from the second-largest continent’s earthy landscapes feature across each shoe through clay-like leather panels, ridged overlays and a plush fabric around the collar. Off white midsoles are contrasted by maroon outsoles with matching shades across the upper, arriving complete with suede Swooshes, Wings logos and African-inspired tabs at the heel.
