Jordan Brand gear up for the All-Star Weekend 2019 in Charlotte this Sunday with a very special re-issue: making the AJ6 Infrared available in its closest OG form since its debut in 1991. The slick Tinker Hatfield design model was first worn on the Jumpman’s feet during All-Star Weekend 1991, which was also hosted in Charlotte, the capital city of his home state North Carolina. Channelling the speed and grace of MJ’s German sports car, it was the footwear that supported him in his first of six title wins in the ‘91 season, with it’s unmissable Black and Infrared palette becoming the surefire choice of hardwood champions.

Crafted to mirror the sleek splendour of its 1991 original, the 2019 version sports the Nike Air heel logo, the Jumpman x Nike lace lock and tell-tale Infrared detailing; also maintaining the reflective heel design detailing and a smooth nubuck upper.
