The NIKE AIR JORDAN RETRO XI returns for a late night inspired colourway that’s worth staying up for…

First introduced back in 1995, the sleek and refined Air Jordan XI silhouette was the brainchild of pioneering Nike designer, Tinker Hatfield. A design milestone, it featured patent leather, and like the Jordan I, didn’t meet NBA regulations and incurred a penalty fine.

The popular shoe went retro in 2000 and saw numerous releases in the early ‘00s, before settling with at least one drop per year for the past decade. The Air Jordan XI Retro floodgates open once again this week, with a flossy edition that’s sure to catch a fair bit of attention. Consisting of dark uppers sat atop a fresh white midsole with a translucent finish, the usual patent 360 toe guard is replaced with a chromed out and shimmering matte leather finish. Oozing in decadence, this late night Retro reiteration is definitely one to stay up for.

Check out the on-foot shots from Nike below, which captures the upcoming release in all its glory.
