An Official Look at the Forthcoming Nike Air Max 720

Nike has unveiled the official images of the new NIKE AIR MAX 720 NORTHERN LIGHTS: the first colourways to land in the new addition to the world-renowned Air Max series.

This fresh-from-the-laboratory addition to the Nike Air Max family is another model created specifically for lifestyle comfort, blending style elements of earlier Air Max models with cutting-edge Air technology. A superlative in every sense, the 720 has the tallest heel unit to date, taking the crown from its predecessor, the Air Max 270 and offering more cushioning and shock absorption than ever before. Following this initial announcement, forthcoming versions of the shoe stick to an organic theme, with references to lava flows, the Northern Lights, the Milky Way and sunsets and sunrises. And the innovation doesn’t stop with the styling and cushioning either: the 720 backs up its ecological vibe with a composition of more than 75% recycled manufacturing waste.
