Already seen on the 270, Air Span, and Spiridon this year, flashes of Nike’s “Volt” colourway are hitting the Tinker Hatfield designed Air Max 90 next month. A near Triple Black build with uppers finished in leather and ripstop mesh, the Air Max branding and visible Air sole unit are applied in Volt, with a pebbled leather Swoosh and translucent outsole adding those slick finishing touches. Joined by a Nike Air Max 180 in the same palette to make the “Night Ops” pack, the end result isn’t a far cry from the Air Max 90 that appeared in the extremely limited KAWS/OriginalFake Nike Air Max Pack of 2008, so get ready to pounce on this (sort of) second chance…
