The Nike Air Max 95 is 25 years old, proving that whilst good design is timeless, creations of this calibre are iconic. The 95 doesn’t just look good either: the technology from its time of release is still relevant today. Featuring a supportive mesh upper with leather and synthetic overlays, the Max Air units in the heel and forefoot provide lightweight impact protection, with the rubber outsole ensuring durable traction underfoot. This newest colourway evokes memories of Knight Rider and KITT the talking Trans Am, with its deep black bodywork and bright crimson accents. The abstract graphic elements on the heel could be simple enlargements of the Air Max logo, but this remains to be confirmed.
