Shimmy Shimmy Ya! It’s the Nike Air Max 95 Throwback Future

Nike is taking us to infinity and beyond with the otherworldly NIKE AIR MAX 95 THROWBACK FUTURE.

Some are referring to this release as the ‘Playstation 95’, as the colours used are reminiscent of the console’s start-up screen: regardless of any tenuous links, this Air Max 95 still has something unique to offer with its use of colour and materials. A blacked-out silhouette provides the perfect canvas to a purple and blue iridescent gradient on both sides of the uppers, complemented by hits of red on the tongue and in the Air units. An extra touch of detail is provided by a subtle pattern around the toe box section, which looks almost like carbon fibre: a premium finish to one of the more interesting colourways we’ve seen recently. Expect these to be popular when they eventually hit the shelves as part of the Air Max Throwback Future Pack alongside some other Air filled heavy hitters.
