Sean McDowell’s sunrise-and-sunset themed Air Max Plus was an instant hit when it released over 20 years ago, so it’s no surprise to find all subsequent retro releases flying off the shelves. Here, we get an updated edition of the classic ‘Tiger’ colourway from the first season of TNs, weay back in 1998. Whilst not identical, this Black/Pure Platinum/Habanero Red/White editions is a near match, utilising an almost-identical gradient across the upper, but mixing things up slightly by taking the original’s black laces and white sole unit and inverting them to keep things interesting. We have little doubt that these are going to disappear as soon as they hit everyone’s radars.
