The ACG Archives Open Once More with the Nike ACG Air Skarn

The NIKE ACG AIR SKARN is back, marking the return of an underrated ’90s gem from Nike’s ACG archives.

The original ACG range featured many models that have stood the test of time. You could take almost any shoe from the archives and make it appropriate and relevant for 2019 without having to change very much at all. Timeless design is a key element that the ACG collection had in droves, as we can see with this retro release of the Air Skarn in Sand and Racer Blue. With its rugged outsole, contoured midsole, climbing rope laces and layered panels across the upper section, this shoe embodies the spirit of ACG in a credible and appropriate fashion. And keeping true to the original release, the retro edition will also be made with recycled materials, as part of Nike’s ReGrind programme: a worthy initiative where surplus materials and scraps are collected and reformed into usable components.
