NIKE CLASSIC CORTEZ – BACK FOR 2015
The NIKE CORTEZ originally released all the way back in 1972 and we’re pleased to see it making a return in its original colourway for 2015… Releases don’t get much more classic than this!
A clean white leather upper is broken up by a varsity red leather swoosh and heel panel. Staying true to the original model, the shoe features a foam tongue, which will look familiar to those who have seen some of the recent releases from NIKE that have been given vintage details. The EVA midsole is here in a combination of white and blue and rounded off with a white herring-bone patterned rubber outsole. Although there are some changes, this release stays relatively true to the original and it’s great to see more classic models make a strong comeback.
