Nike’s classic Cortez silhouette has seen some renewed love and attention of late, from premium updates to new design elements courtesy of Kendrick Lamar’s coveted collaborations. These releases have shown how it’s simple construction can be tweaked to offer something greater, stripping back the silhouette to offer a “swooshless” sidewall. Offered in OG-inspired choice of black and white or white and blue with red accents, this release highlights the raw elements of Bill Bowerman’s classic design without compromising its identity.
