First spotted on models’ feet at Jun Takahashi’s Undercover show in Paris way back in February 2018, people were eagerly anticipating the official release of the React Element 87. Unlike anything else we’d seen at the time, the upper section was inspired by the Nike Internationalist and constructed in TPE textile yarn. This gives a semi-translucent look which really shows off the lightweight qualities of the shoe without compromising strength. The React Element 87 is still getting plenty of attention, and Nike are certainly running with it: we’ve seen a multitude of amazing colourways in recent weeks and this Medium Olive, Black, Volt and Bright Crimson scheme tops the list for the best yet. That said, expect this to change soon as more editions prepare to hit the streets soon…
