Atmos-pheric Safari Styles with the Nike React Element 87 in Pale Ivory and Orange Peel

The NIKE REACT ELEMENT 87 just keeps on coming back with more and more hot colourways – and this new Pale Ivory and Orange Peel edition might be one of the best yet.

Making its unofficial debut via Jun Takahashi’s Undercover show in Paris back in February 2018, the feedback indicated that the React Element 87 was going to be a hit – and it was right. The shoe itself is a true piece of design innovation from Nate Jobe at Nike. The upper section, inspired by the Nike Internationalist, is constructed in TPE textile yarn giving a semi-translucent look which communicates the lightweight qualities of the design without compromising strength. We’ve seen a whole plethora of different colourways over the past six months, but this latest Pale Ivory Orange Peel edition brings Safari-style vibes. Enough so, that many have questioned whether this was anything to do with the design team from atmos… We’re hoping that the rumours that this may be an Asia-only release turn out to be false, as this is a great-looking shoe that would undoubtedly prove popular globally.
