The NIKE ROSHE LD-1000 is the perfect combination of the Cortez and Roshe One models. This hybrid design saw instant success when the Fragment edition first dropped a while back: people scrambled to grab pairs and, unsurprisingly, they sold out immediately.
However, as a general release shoe, the LD-1000 still has the same appeal as the limited-edition Fragment version. It’s a clean-looking shoe that takes much of its styling from the original ’70s aesthetic and gives it a modern, lightweight sole unit. The shoe itself is as comfortable as it looks, with a big soft tongue that holds the foot well. At a time when many brands are focused on technology, stripped-down designs, such as this, show just how great a basic silhouette can look.
As well as the excellent obsidian colourway that we’ve featured here, there are many other tasty combinations to sink your feet into. The NIKE ROSHE LD-1000 is AVAILABLE NOW via the banner below. Our advice? Get involved!
