The Nike SB Dunk High Pro QS Strawberry Cough is coming…

The NIKE SB DUNK HIGH PRO QS STRAWBERRY COUGH continues the series of herbal-themed Dunks. Long before it became one of the most-loved shoes in modern history, the Dunk was (unsurprisingly) a genuine basketball icon. The mid-’80s skaters, keen to find the perfect footwear during an exciting time of innovation and exploration, endorsed both the Dunk and the Jordan 1 as the shoe of choice for skateboarding. Nike knew this and chose the Dunk to become the lead shoe in the early SB days.

This special edition Dunk High is themed by a popular strain of marijuana named Strawberry Cough. It features a red leather base with green suede overlays to echo the appearance of a strawberry. The coughing strawberry character has been drawn by skate artist Todd Bratrud, continuing his collaborative relationship with Nike SB, joining icons such as the Dunk High ‘Skunk’ and SB Dunk Mid ‘White Widow’ in the pharmaceutical cabinet.
