Coming Soon: Nike SB Dunk Low VX1000 Camcorder

The NIKE SB DUNK LOW VX1000 CAMCORDER celebrates the iconic Sony camcorder used in the making of many classic skate video productions.

Launched back in 1995, the Sony VX1000 camcorder quickly became synonymous with skateboard media production. Utilised by the best in the industry, the VX1000 has been a key element in the creation of many classic skate videos and despite many advancements in technology, when paired with the Century Optics MK1 fisheye lens, it remains the equipment of choice for many skater/filmmakers today. With this in mind, Nike has decided to immortalise the VX1000 on this latest Dunk release (a special shout to eS’s Scuba Steve edition of the Accel, which was one of the first shoes to pay tribute), with plenty of details that reference the iconic camcorder: colours, typographic details and even the insoles. Expect this one to prove particularly popular when it drops shortly.
