Nike WMNS Air Max Brigade Blue Pack – A First Look

The NIKE WMNS AIR MAX BRIGADE BLUE PACK sees two of the brand’s most iconic models sport a matching shade of blue.

First up is the AIR MAX 1, which sports a classic, almost OG look, with a predominantly Light Bone upper contrasted by BRIGADE BLUE on the mudguard, Swoosh and the branding on the tongue and heel. The colourway is given a vintage feel with a creamy coloured midsole, whilst a gum coloured outsole rounds things off nicely. The AIR MAX 90 goes for a more tonal look, by combining the BRIGADE BLUE with Navy Blue and Squadron Blue detailing. As a touch of extra detail, the ankle collar is given a ruched finish, which is an unusual look for a trainer, but one that works well. A creamy midsole provides some stark contrast down below, whilst a Metallic Navy wedge adds another nice little touch. Blue may be a less common choice for a wi release, but it’s good to see brands stepping away from the cliched colours.
