Nike x Skepta Air Max Classic BW Blacklisted – A First Look

Today over on Instagram, a first look at the forthcoming NIKE X SKEPTA AIR MAX CLASSIC BW BLACKLISTED was announced on the rappers feed, and as part of this years BIG WINDOW (yep, BW) anniversary celebrations, these are 100% on point to kick things off.

AIR MAX trainers have always been a staple in the Grime scene, so it doesn’t come as a big surprise that SKEPTA was invited to NIKE HQ in Oregon to talk all things AIR MAX, with one of their senior designers. Almost a year later the result is the BLACKLISTED version of the AIR MAX BW. As you would expect from the name, the release sports an all-Black colourway, which gives the Big Window AIR MAX a sinister look. With triple-Black colourways being pretty popular, and the links to the Grime scene, we can see this release being anything but shutdown.
