Our last NIKEiD feature on the NIKE AIR MAX 1 iD focused on some special album artwork inspired creations – and now there are two new options on the AM1 available to keep things fresh: a special Pearl option and a Premium Leather edition.

The Air Max 1 remains one of our favourite footwear designs of all time, having been an important part of the Nike running catalogue since 1987. We’ve seen plenty of colourways and special editions over the years, and with the model currently up on the iD site gives us all the opportunity to create some great designs. Now you can customise your Nike Air Max 1 iD with iridescent finishes that celebrate the 30th anniversary of the original, along with midsole speckles, a personal message and more. On the new Premium Leather option, you’ve got seven rich, bold hues to pick from for a luxurious look and feel. For the Pearl option, you can choose between pearlescent black or white leather for a dazzling look inspired by the traditional 30th anniversary gift.
