NIKEiD have collaborated with Portland’s PENDLETON WOOLEN MILLS once again, this time to produce a brand new set of options involving the latter’s renowned Native American fabric. You are now able to apply the tribal patterned wool to some of Nike’s best-known silhouettes: The ROSHE RUN, JANOSKI, BLAZER and AIR FORCE 1 – both in highs and lows. This is an exciting development for the iD service, following on from the introduction of Realtree camouflage options on the Air Force 1 earlier this year.

The design process is such that you have to be quite liberal with Pendleton’s material rather than using it for smaller hits, but when it looks as dope as this that is no problem whatsoever. There is a choice of 4 different colours: black, turquoise, navy and ivory, with eight colours of suede available for accenting.

Due to the nonuniform nature of the construction process every makeup will be unique in its patterning, resulting in a truly bespoke design experience. Pendleton’s signature blue woven labels are well-placed across each of the models; a very nice touch to round off a strong partnership.

As anyone who has worn Pendleton can attest, their apparel line is at its very best in the cold winter months, making these new options very timely indeed. The JANOSKI, BLAZER and AIR FORCE 1 options from the NIKEiD x PENDLETON COLLECTION are available now (the ROSHE RUN will be dropping soon) so why not have a go at creating yourself a unique pair via the link-through below.

Keep an eye out on our social feeds for news on a competition we’re putting with NIKEiD real soon, too. Full details to follow shortly.
