The history of Nike Zoom Air dates back to 1995, when the superior cushioning technology began to show up in a variety of sport-specific models, such as the Nike Air Zoom LWP and Nike Air Zoom Alpha. Two years later, the Nike Air Zoom Talaria and Nike Air Zoom Spiridon released, changing our preconceptions of what a running shoe should look like. NikeLab are going for gold with this new luxurious take on these two cult favourites from their running archive. These new editions retain all the beloved features of the groundbreaking OG models, but employ modernised materials and construction for even greater comfort. Keeping things truly regal, the looks of both models have been upgraded to match the performance, with lavish metallic gold accents adding a Midas touch to the black and white base colours.
