Monochrome marathon: the NIKELAB ZOOM FLY SP is back in black (and white)

The futuristic NIKELAB ZOOM FLY SP returns in an ultra-clean monochrome make-up.

First released as part of Nike’s innovative Breaking2 project – a set of experimental footwear designed to help break the 2-hour marathon barrier – the NikeLab Zoom Fly SP was an immediate hit with its combination of futuristic looks, exceptional comfort and ultra-lightweight construction. Now the Swoosh has seen fit to bless us with a sleek monochrome version of this future classic, decked out with a translucent stretch-woven upper inspired by the Breaking2 prototype phase. Contrasting details break up the silhouette, with black hits at the sole and and laces and a dark lacing support structure visible beneath the translucent upper. Thin black lines run around the shoe from heel to toe, while printed tech specs on the midsole reinforce the deconstructed prototype aesthetic.
