The PACKER SHOES X SOLEBOX ADIDAS CONSORTIUM SNEAKER EXCHANGE pack takes the “meeting of minds” to the ends of the earth…literally.

The adidas Consortium Sneaker Exchange continues into winter by pairing East Coast giants Packer Shoes with Berlin and Munich-based retailer, solebox. Packed full of transatlantic might, their joint effort on this footwear duo draws inspiration from what may be the halfway point between them both: the Silfra Rift. A tectonic boundary in Iceland where the North American and Eurasian plates meet, it’s quite the representation of the two leading retailers crossing continental borders to collaborate.

Utilising the ADIDAS ULTRA BOOST MID and ADIDAS ENERGY BOOST, the two performance-inspired Primeknit and Boost equipped models are transformed with aquatic gradients, with the first taking on the murkier depths of the ocean floor, whilst the latter reflects the lighter palette found near the water’s surface. Dual branding takes shape across the tongue tabs, heel counter, and insoles with the store swapping their typefaces to see the Solebox logo featured in Packer Shoe’s signature cursive, and vice versa.
