A classic ’80s silhouette, Puma recently re-introduced the RS-0, which successfully revamped their RS (Running System) from the ‘80s, refining it for contemporary tastes. A simple performance-focused silhouette that is devoid of overly fussy technological elements, the forthcoming SEGA collaboration features blue hairy suede uppers inspired by Sonic, a red outsole that mirrors his own footwear, gold ring lace embellishments, and dual-branded tongues. Avid players will also recognise a graphic print from the “Green Hill Zone” emblazoned on the heel counter. The second silhouette reflects his villainous arch enemy Dr Eggman with a patent red leather upper contrasted with industrial-inspired yellow and black stripes atop a metallic silver midsole unit.
