First up, a little history on one of the most important shoes ever released… The PUMA Suede first made its way onto the streets way back in 1968, establishing itself as a defining moment for PUMA. The simple but bold shape was quickly adopted by a wide range of fans, who found the low cut styling easy to wear no matter what the situation. As a result, the Suede has found a wealth of fans across a wide variety of subcultures and scenes: whether it’s hip-hop, skate, punk, rock or whatever – you name it, the Suede was there. This special edition marks the launch of Footpatrol’s music initiative ‘Frequent Players’. This platform is being built to create deeper connections with the FP audience via the world of music: exploring all ranges of personalities and genres, ‘Frequent Players’ will strengthen and celebrate the connection between music and street culture. Limited to just 200 pairs, this special edition of the Suede features white Formstripes on the lateral sides, paired with tonal versions on the medial panels. Keeping things deluxe, the uppers are rendered in premium long-nap rich black suede, sat on top of white midsoles. Other details, such as white stitching, custom dual-branded graphics and metallic gold numbering ensure that this is a top tier release.
